77sz Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 77sz ("77sz", "we", "us", "the platform"). They govern all use of the 77sz website, mobile applications and any related services provided under the 77sz brand.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any product on the 77sz platform, you confirm that you have read and fully accepted these Terms. This acceptance is recorded at the time your account is created and applies to all subsequent use of the platform.

If you are using 77sz on behalf of another person, you represent that you have their authority to bind them to these Terms. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited and any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be immediately closed and any funds returned minus any winnings derived from underage play.

2. Eligibility

To open and operate a 77sz account you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must not be accessing 77sz from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to verify your local legal position before registering.
• You must be acting as an individual — not as an agent, employee or representative of any commercial or corporate entity — unless 77sz has given specific written permission.
• You must not be a current employee or close family member of an employee of 77sz or any of its affiliated technology and data partners.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended 77sz account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in all associated balances being forfeited.

77sz reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending review.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account on the 77sz platform. You must provide accurate, complete and current information at the time of registration including your real name, date of birth, email address and a valid Pakistani mobile number. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your 77sz login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 77sz will never ask you for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact 77sz support at support@77sz.biz immediately.

3.3 Verification

77sz may require you to complete identity and payment verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other point deemed appropriate by 77sz's compliance team. Verification documents may include a government-issued national identity card (CNIC), proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

77sz accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. All deposited funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger an account review.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount at 77sz is Rs 500. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: Typically within a few minutes to a few hours.
• NayaPay / SadaPay: Within a few hours during business days.
• Bank Transfer (IBFT): 1 to 3 business days depending on your bank.
• Visa / Mastercard: 3 to 5 business days.

77sz does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges — 77sz has no control over third-party fees.

4.3 Pending Bonus Requirements

If your account holds an active bonus with an outstanding wagering requirement, the portion of your balance equivalent to the bonus amount may be held until the wagering requirement is met. Your own deposited funds remain available for withdrawal at any time provided no active wagering requirement applies to the specific withdrawal amount.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 General Betting

All bets placed at 77sz are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the platform. Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed within each betting market before you confirm your stake.

5.2 Odds and Market Errors

77sz takes reasonable steps to ensure that odds are accurate at the time they are published. However, if a manifest error occurs — including but not limited to a clearly incorrect price, inverted odds or data feed error — 77sz reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. A manifest error is one that a reasonable person would immediately recognise as a pricing mistake rather than a genuine market movement.

5.3 Void Bets

A bet may be voided by 77sz in the following circumstances: a match or event is cancelled before starting; an event is abandoned without an official result; the bet was placed using odds affected by a manifest error; or the player's account is found to have been involved in fraudulent activity at the time the bet was placed. Voided bets have stakes returned to the player's 77sz PKR wallet.

5.4 In-Play Betting

Live in-play markets at 77sz are provided in real time and odds change continuously. It is your responsibility to confirm the current odds at the point of placing your bet. Delays between your action and bet confirmation are inherent to live betting — your bet will be placed at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation, not at any earlier price you may have observed.

5.5 Cricket Betting Specific Rules

For cricket markets, 77sz follows internationally recognised rules for match settlement including DLS method results for weather-affected matches. PSL matches abandoned due to security concerns or stadium issues are settled according to the official match result declared by the PSL/PCB. In the event of a Super Over, the match result and relevant markets settle based on the Super Over outcome unless specific market rules state otherwise.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

77sz offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. Each bonus carries its own specific terms covering minimum deposit, wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits and maximum withdrawal from bonus funds. These specific terms are displayed on the promotion page and at the point of bonus activation.

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, device, IP address and payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn from 77sz. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified for each promotion individually.
• Bonuses credited in error must be returned. If an error bonus has been wagered, the wagered amount plus any winnings derived from it will be deducted from your balance.
• 77sz reserves the right to modify, cancel or expire any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to active participants. Bets already placed using active bonus funds are unaffected by subsequent promotion changes.
• Combining multiple bonuses simultaneously is not permitted unless a specific promotion explicitly allows it.

7. Responsible Gaming

77sz is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides tools to help players maintain control of their betting activity. These tools are available from your account settings at any time without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps on your 77sz account.
• Session loss limits: Limit the amount you can lose in a single betting session.
• Time-out / cooling-off period: Take a break from 77sz for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the 77sz platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77sz platform and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to place bets or interact with the 77sz platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, platform errors or pricing anomalies for financial gain. Any winnings derived from known errors are not payable.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of games or betting markets.
• Match-fixing or any form of corrupt activity in relation to sporting events covered by 77sz.
• Using the 77sz platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. All suspicious transactions are reported to relevant financial intelligence authorities.
• Opening more than one account or using another person's 77sz account with or without their knowledge.
• Providing false identity or payment information at any point during your relationship with 77sz.
• Any form of harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour directed at 77sz staff through any communication channel.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 77sz platform including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, interface designs, text, software code and data structures is owned by or licensed to 77sz and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 77sz platform for personal betting and gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, frame, publicly display or create derivative works of any 77sz content without prior written permission. Unauthorised commercial use of any 77sz intellectual property will be pursued through available legal channels.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77sz's total liability to you arising from or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise — is limited to the total amount of net deposits you have made to your 77sz account in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.

77sz is not liable for any of the following losses regardless of how they arise:

• Loss of profits, winnings or expected winnings resulting from betting outcomes.
• Losses resulting from internet connectivity failures, device issues or third-party service interruptions beyond 77sz's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Indirect, incidental or consequential losses of any nature.

Nothing in these Terms limits 77sz's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Privacy

77sz collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the platform you consent to this data processing. Key privacy commitments at 77sz include:

• Your personal data is collected only for purposes directly related to operating your 77sz account and delivering the services you have requested.
• 77sz does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Payment data including bank account details and mobile wallet information is encrypted and handled in compliance with applicable data security standards.

12. Account Termination

12.1 Closure by Player

You may close your 77sz account at any time by contacting support@77sz.biz. Before closure, any outstanding balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your nominated payment method. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement will be forfeited on account closure.

12.2 Suspension or Closure by 77sz

77sz may suspend or permanently close your account with immediate effect if you have breached any provision of these Terms, if we detect fraudulent or prohibited conduct, if your account is involved in a money laundering investigation, or if regulatory or compliance requirements necessitate account closure. In the event of account closure due to breach, any balance derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Any legitimately deposited balance not subject to forfeiture will be returned after any applicable investigation period.

13. Changes to These Terms

77sz reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players by email to the address on their account and/or by a notice displayed on the 77sz platform for a minimum of 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the 77sz platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a material change, you should close your account before the revised Terms take effect. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page.
